Mated Great Egrets Table Top Giclee Painting

Barbara Fallenbaum

The majestic Great Egret gets more dressed up during mating season.  A patch of skin on its face turns neon green, and long plumes grow from its back.  Those plumes nearly brought the white great egret to extinction during the late 1800 when they were hunted for these aigrettes (long plumes).  Saw this pair off to themselves at Fort DeSoto Park preening and cooing.

    • This beautiful giclee is perfectly color matched, produced in the United States using archival pigment inks that produces a rich and realist print that will last indefinitely.  Set on a solid  block of wood that measures 6" x 8" x 1" plus stand.
    • We custom finish each one with an undercoated metallic glaze and a nice cream crackle top coat.  A good coat of glossy varnish finishes this beautiful table top piece.  No two are a like!
    • The logo watermark that you may see on your screen will not be on the print you receive.
