Refund Policy

We do our best to do things right!

Complete satisfaction is our goal and if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please call our studio with any questions and we will do our very best to assist you. Art work may be returned in excellent condition within 5 days of receiving it. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs.  Your account will be credited upon inspection of the returned art work, providing there is no damage to the artwork or frame.


Damaged Item

If your package arrived with damage to the outside of the packaging be sure to take pictures of the unopened package.  If the merchandise inside the package is damaged  take pictures of that.  Email those pictures to  You have three (3) business days from the receipt of your package to report this damage.


Wrong Item Shipped

You have three (3) business days to report that we shipped you the wrong item.   Take pictures of the item and email them to
