Refund policy

 

Damaged Item

If your package arrived with damage to the outside of the packaging be sure to take pictures of the unopened package.  If the merchandise inside the package is damaged  take pictures of that.  Email those pictures to barb@coastallifestudio.com.  You have three (3) business days from the receipt of your package to report this damage.

 

Wrong Item Shipped

You have three (3) business days to report that we shipped you the wrong item.   Take pictures of the item and email them to barb@coastallifestudio.com
