Great Egret & Baby - Canvas Giclee Painting

Coastal Life Studio

Painting of a Great Egret and her young showing joy for each other. They sometimes nests in isolated pairs, usually in colonies, often mixed with other wading birds.  In mixed colonies, Great Egrets tend to nest high. Usually in trees 10' to 40' above ground, sometimes up to 90' high in tall cypress.  Usually laying between 3 to 4 eggs.  Not all young that hatch survive nesting.  So when they do survive it’s joyous.
  • This beautiful giclee is perfectly color matched, produced in the United States

using archival pigment inks that produces a rich and realist print that will last indefinitely.  Gallery wrapped canvas, ready to hang, no frame required.

Great White Egret and baby

It was a big hit. Daughter and her guests loved it. She now has it prominently displayed in the foyer of her home.
