Great Blue Herons are the largest heron in North America.  Often seen standing silently along inland rivers, lakeshores, and coastal waters.   Found this one hanging out by my pool one morning.  Allowed me to get as close as 8 feet to photograph it.  The majestic creature lives in our cove, usually squawks real loud and flies away when approached.  Feel fortunate that he let me get so close.  It was standing on one foot preening itself.
  • The painting measures 16" x "40, with frame 24" x 49.75" x 2.5" deep.  
  • The frame is solid pine finished with a cream color over a crackle metallic glaze.  Each frame is custom made no two are alike.
  • The logo watermark that you may see on your screen will not be on the print you receive.

Blue Heron

I love my painting! He is the center of my remodel - using him as inspiration for colors. You did such a beautiful job on this painting. Thank you for sharing your talent. It is admired daily!
