Female Great Blue Heron In Mating Plumage Table Top Painting

Barbara Fallenbaum

Great Blue Herons are the largest heron in North America.  Often seen standing silently along inland rivers, lakeshores, and coastal waters.  Spotted this one across the cove standing on a neighbor’s tree that over hangs the water.    It looked like a young one coming into its first mating season.  I had not seen her on my cove before.  We have a beautiful male that inhabits our cove and he usually chases other Great Blue Herons off.  But he did not chase this one off.

    • This beautiful giclee is perfectly color matched, produced in the United States using archival pigment inks that produces a rich and realist print that will last indefinitely.  Set on a solid  block of wood that measures 5" x 9" x 1" plus stand.
    • We custom finish each one with an undercoated metallic glaze and a nice cream crackle top coat.  A good coat of glossy varnish finishes this beautiful table top piece.  No two are a like!
    • The logo watermark that you may see on your screen will not be on the print you receive.
