They originally came from Cuba and the Caribbean islands. The roosters were prized for their cockfighting displays. When gaming became illegal they were set free to roam the island. Now you find them everywhere…restaurants, stores, beach, poolside you name it they are there in all their colorful glory. I spotted this one early in the morning.
